HAES
I work with the Health at every size approach, meaning that I actively take distance from measuring someone’s health according to an BMI, their weight or their size. You won’t be confronted with any kind of weight stigma when working with me.
Food first approach
Together, we’re going to work on your relationship to food, movement and your body. We’re going to identify belief systems and work on your neural rewiring. In order to get the full potential out of our sessions, we will concentrate on re-nourishment and the de-stigmatization of foods and food groups together.
Individual
Plans
Working in a way and speed That works for you
Every person has a different story and different belief systems. Together, we’re going to challenge unhealthy beliefs and work on a plan for your personal recovery. I will challenge, but never pressure you. Recovery coaching will be a safe place for you to share your experiences, fears and accomplishments.

“Working with Malin has been incredibly healing to say the least. Recovery is chaotic, scary, messy, and can feel so isolating; so the immense support I received was so important. To have weekly sessions where I was able to work through challenges, as well as being able to message freely back and forth was absolutely what I needed to feel a little more grounded in my recovery. Although Malin frequently reminded me that recovery comes from the individual, I know that it is thanks to her that I was able to develop space in my life for full unrestricted healing, which is what helped me progress so quickly. I am so grateful to say after working with Malin I am happier than I have ever been, and I am more than ready to live the rest of my life ED free. Recovery is more than possible, for us all.”
